Terms & Conditions for Scope of Supply
- Scope of supply is limited to the items mentioned in your specific quotation/order confirmation email/cart confirmation only,
- Packing and forwarding charges are included unless specifically mentioned in order/quote/cart,
- Items may have USB/LAN/HDMI/DP or any other connectivity ports for connection of our Product(s) to your simulator computer/workstation/laptop,
- Simulator Computer/Workstation/Laptop not included in scope of supply unless specifically part of your order,
- Any software for flight simulation e.g. but not limited to FSX/P3D/Xplane/Air Manager/MSFS/FGFS etc or any addon will not be part of the supply; Separate software is required to run the virtual gauges in the panel of conventional gauge type panels,
- Our company or any of its associate will not be responsible for any software piracy issues in your computer; installation or support session will be closed immediately upon suspect of Piracy and can be reported to concerned authority/OEM,
- Supply of Operating System for your computer is not included in scope unless specifically mentioned in your order,
- All electronic components will have inbuilt codes and programs for interfacing the Product with your flight simulator, for some special cases one freeware program has to be installed in your simulator computer and to be run side by side while using flight sim and panels,
- We will not provide mounting/fixtures/arrangement assembly of any kind for fixing the supplied panels, it’s under client scope, unless mentioned specifically in order confirmation,
- We will provide online support for installation of software in your computer for supplied Product(s), as applicable,
- For booking online support session we will require an email from client from his registered email with us; for online support, we assume you have facilities like good internet connection, team-viewer/anydesk/any other similar software and all other flight simulator software installed in your computer before the session; these items are not part of our supply,
- Onsite installation and commissioning service is provided at a separate cost unless otherwise mentioned in your order confirmation,
- In case onsite support is required other than installation and commissioning, client has to pay/arrange for travel expenses (economy flight fare) and commissioning charges as applicable,
- In-transit insurance for main supply or transport of item during or after warranty period is not covered under standard scope of supply. Please contact sales team before dispatch of item for adding in-transit insurance at additional cost,
- All disputes are subject to sole discretion of IFS India management at their registered office or address of choice,
- All major repairs will be done in Punjab or Hyderabad service center, cost of To & Fro transport of supplied product will be covered by client during and after warranty period,
- Adequate power supply to be provided by client, wherever required, we will provide generic power adapters for panels,
- We will not share back-end program logic in electronic circuit as it’s a proprietary article of supplier,
- Lead time of item(s) vary from 2 weeks to 12 weeks depending on the type of item. Lead time starts from the date of commercially cleared order. In case of COVID type lock-down or any other legal restrictions or natural calamity, additional time will be applicable as the situation may be.
- In case the order involves client’s approval during the design process, the time taken by client from first submission to final design approval will not be counted for lead time. Lead time is item wise and not order wise. Any payment delays from client’s side will not be counted under lead time. The usual manufacturing time after clearance of all payments linked to “Start of Manufacturing” type payment terms is 8-10 weeks after payment clearance.
- All products are covered for 24 months limited warranty from date of manufacturing or 18 months form date of delivery (whichever earlier) by IFS India against all manufacturing defects. Any damage/burn/dents or physical alterations in paint etc. during transit or during use of supplied items are not covered in warranty. In case of any manufacturing defects, IFS India will supply spares and guidance on how to replace the spares. In case the spare is a critical part and involves opening of internal mechanisms of supplied item; the item has to be sent to our repairing office in Punjab/Hyderabad. In-transit cost have to be paid by client,
- Free Online sessions are limited to 2 nos. max each order (about 1-2 hours duration) during the warranty period. Please follow the installation guide in detail before requesting the FREE Online session during warranty period. Post warranty, the sessions will be chargeable, contact sales@ifsi.co.in for session request and applicable charges,
- These policies supersedes any discussion between client and IFS India management and or representative(s).
Ordering, Return, Refunds & Cancellation Policy
- Refund Timelines:
- All refunds below INR 30,000 will be made within 15 days from the receipt of returned item in original condition.
- For orders above INR 30,000 or which require design approval from client, the maximum liability is 10% of the actual amount paid by the customer and refund shall be processed within 15 days after receipt of the return item(s) in original condition.
- No returns/refunds will be offered after 48 hrs of delivery of Product(s) that have been delivered without any damages or defects,
- To report damage in transit please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery. In-transit damages for Product(s) not insured by client are not covered under limited warranty.
- Cancellation Charges: Once the order is placed and customer wants to cancel it, the following cancellation charges and terms shall apply:
- Within first 7 days: nil,
- Within first 15 days: 10% of total order value towards processing charges,
- Before approval of design by customer: 10% of total order value towards processing & designing charges or actual amount paid; no supply of items will be made for these cases,
- After design approval or before dispatch of item whichever is earlier: 100% of order value or actual amount paid by customer will be forfeited & no supply of items will be made for these cases.
- We manufacture on order only and do not keep any item(s) in ready stock considering the variability and customization options we provide to our customers,
- No returns will be offered for items which are custom made after client’s design approval.
Shipping Policy for Orders, Returns and Repairs
- Shipping Timelines:
- For custom build orders (wherein design approval from customer was part of the process) are typically shipped within 2-4 business days after receipt of final payment from customers as per their payment terms.
- For standard orders, the shipping will be done as per the lead time mentioned for your selected Product(s) which is typically 2 weeks to 8 weeks.
- All the Products within India are shipped by road for door delivery;
- We also offer single day shipping by Air Cargo; customer needs to inform this at the time of order if they wish to opt for Air Cargo delivery; additional costs are applicable. Customer is responsible for all cargo hold-release related costs and cargo release related activities-documentation. For such dispatches our shipping terms are EXW IFS India.
- Free shipping is available for orders to be delivered within India. For orders to be shipped outside India, shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method.
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number on your registered email and mobile number. You can track your order status anytime on our website or through the carrier’s tracking portal. For bulk transport orders which require e-waybill, tacking will be available through transporter portal/help-desk using the LR number.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), or certain restricted countries. Please contact us before placing order for more information.
Returns, Exchange & Gifts Policy
- Return Eligibility:
We accept returns within 48 hours of delivery for unused, undamaged products in their original packaging. Custom or special-order items are non-returnable, unless defective and covered under warranty policy. - How to Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact our support team within 48 hours with an unboxing video and video showing the damage/failure at sales@ifsi.co.in with your order number and reason for return. We will arrange for return pickup, will provide return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable). -
Return Shipping Costs:

If incorrect item is shipped, we will cover return shipping costs.

For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

- Repair Turnaround Time:
Repairs typically take 7–14 business days after receiving the product. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process. - Exchanges:
For faster exchanges, we recommend returning your items in original conditions. Contact us if you’d prefer to exchange your product with some other item(s). - Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you, which will be valid for a period of 1 year from the date of issue. In case you want refund to original payment method, please contact us via the person who ordered Gift for you and they can initiate the return as per the relevant policy.
Payment Overdue & Order Abandonment Policy
- The customer will be informed about the readiness of order and proforma invoice will be shared with customer for processing various payments as per the payment schedule in your quotation
- If the payment for raised proforma-invoice is not done within 30 days from date of proforma invoice, the order will be considered abandoned by the customer and any previous payments done will be forfeited, supply of items will not be made.
- In case the customer wants to revive such order, the following terms shall apply,
- Abandoned orders can only be revived during the same financial year (or max till 90 days from the date of proforma invoice in case the date is between 1st Jan & 31st March of that financial year,
- For revival of abandoned order(s), customer has to pay 1% addition charges (of order value) per week on pro-rata basis from the date of last proforma invoice until the date of final payment done,
- Revival process can be done only once per order,
- Revival process and charges thereof are imposed due to the fact that all orders are customized as per client’s requirement and requires dedicated designing & manufacturing efforts, such product is usually dismantled or discarded. Moreover, warehousing, storage, packing and unpacking costs are applicable in such scenarios.
- The delay in payment from customer also affects our entire manufacturing schedule, delivery commitments to other customers and service quality to other customers.
- Customer shall not have the right to claim the original delivery timelines in case of delayed payments/delayed design approvals. The new delivery timelines for such cases shall be confirmed with our sales team.
Unintended use of our Product(s) - Legal Disclaimer
- IFS INDIA© is brand registered and owned by IFSI Engineering Private Limited
- Our management/any of our employee/representatives are not responsible for any illegal act done by customer or any person using any of the supplied Product(s) in full or part thereof at any place in the world.
- All warranties & support will stand null & void if the panel is used for a purpose not intended as per original scope of supply or quotation.
- Below are few cases (but not limited to) where the warranty stands null & void without any prior intimation to the customer:
- Purchasing the product for “personal use” as per the initial inquiry/quotation/order confirmation but using it later for commercial end use for providing paid training/paid amusement sessions/reselling the product etc. at any location,
- In case the product is purchased by a person (as per invoicing details) in individual capacity but later on it is found that the product is being used at their commercial setup or place where they are employed/ are business partner(s) / representative(s),
- Buying our product and taking aviation authority approval after rebranding/name change /product ID or Serial no. change / partial or full modification even if your quotation includes “support in getting approvals”; the aviation authority approval should be done with Make, Model no. & Serial no. specified as per our order confirmation or as per our manufacturing records,
- Reselling the product to second or third owner in full or part with or without information of our management.
- The standard limited warranty stands valid only for the legal entity and place of supply as per our invoicing records.
- The above terms and conditions are applicable for all orders and supersedes any verbal discussion, MoU or agreement signed at any point of time. The above terms are not valid only if the clause is specifically & intentionally mentioned in the submitted quotation against which the order has been processed.
- Warranty(s) are not applicable for any period of time in case complete payment of the order is not done.
Warranty Policy
- Unit rated voltage is 3.3-5VDC, over voltage will void the warranty
- Warranty voids if any pirated software/addon found in user computer; IFS India is strictly against piracy and will not provide warranty support if pirated software are detected in your flight simulator computer/workstation/laptop,
- As on date only Windows Operating System is supported for IFS India Products. Any future updates to OS that may render use of HID devices non-usable is not covered under the warranty,
- Damage to the supplied product while fixing in any “unapproved” mounting/fixtures/arrangement assembly of any kind, is not covered in the warranty. “Unapproved” means any product or item which is not approved by IFS India in writing to the customer for use with IFS India product,
- Not providing adequate stable un-interrupted power supply or having earthing issues in your electrical system may result in damage of internal circuits and such damages are not covered under warranty
- Any damage/burn/dents or physical alterations in paint etc during transit or during use of above items are not covered under warranty,
Plastic and Acrylic parts are not covered under warranty, - If you suspect the package to be damaged at the time of receiving, please create an unboxing video for later on use with the courier/transport company. IFS India is not responsible for any type of damage happened in-transit/loading/unloading or unboxing of the product. Damage claim by customer to courier company is applicable only if the client has opted for in-transit insurance,
- IFS India takes great care in selection of raw materials; however, Control Card or PLC Cards are electronic items and their failure can happen due to numerous reasons right from incorrect humidity to over voltage or poor earthing in your electrical fitting or overload tripping, dust accumulation on connector pins etc. Establishing any such reason is beyond practical limits and thus control cards are not covered under any warranty. In case of failure of control cards, the standard repair/maintenance or replacement charges apply
- Limitations of Coverage of Standard Warranty: The standard warranty does not cover the following:
- Any Product installed outside India and or any product installed at other than supply/billing location,
- Any uninformed resale or relocation of product,
- When customer opts for self installation of complete panels and order doesn’t include “Onsite installation and Commissioning by our representative”,
- Damage, fault or failure due to alteration or repairs made by anyone other than authorized service person of IFS India, or the use of supplies and accessories other than those manufactured by IFS India,
- Damage, fault or failure due to causes beyond our control including, but not limited to, repairs necessary due to operator negligence, improper installation, damage caused by spillage of foods/liquids, wrong usage of electrical supply and voltage, abnormal voltage, excessive heat, dust, corrosive surroundings, chemical reaction, failure to maintain the Product, failure to operate or use the Product according to instructions, accident, mishandling, misuse, tampering, vandalism, theft, fire, lightning, flood, wind, freezing, power failure, static, normal wear and tear, pests, vermin, foreign matter entering the Product, inadequate or excess power supply, unusual atmospheric conditions, or acts of war or acts of God,
- Damage, fault or failure resulting from software, virus(es), electrical wiring and connections, user facilitated minor adjustments and settings, external antenna or local reception problems, structural problems of Your premises, inaccessible Products or parts, negligence, misuse, tampering or abuse, whether willful or not,
- Damage, fault or failure due to improper transportation, inappropriate storage conditions or materials, improper ventilation, reconfiguration of the Product, movement of the Product,
- Damage, fault or failure due to or arising out of, transit or delivery, packing, unpacking, assembly, installation, routine maintenance, dismantle, relocation or removal, Non failure problems that do not require parts and intermittent issues, including without limitations, reception and/or incompatibility issues, demonstration, training, reminders, adjustments, set-up, installations, battery change, replenishing of consumables, short circuit, routine maintenance and servicing, periodic checkups, cleaning, checking of improper operation or incorrect use.
- We will not pay for adjustments or repairs required because of conditions at Your location or specific to You, Products where the serial number is removed, defaced or made illegible, parallel imported sets, spare parts purchased overseas or from non-authorized dealers or retailers, second-hand spares used, products sold “AS IS”, “REFURBISHED” or bearing similar notations, Cosmetic defects, reduced or impaired functionality, reduced lifespan or limitations of Products due to abuse while using the product,
- Any utilization of Product that is inconsistent with either the design of the Product or the way the manufacturer intended the Product to be used.
- Any installation and/or modifications that prevents normal service.
- Any and all cases in which a reasonable manufacturer of such a product would not honor the warranty of the Product, Normal wear and tear and cosmetic damage such as, but not limited to corrosion, scratches, dents, rust, stains.
- Non-functional parts such as, but not limited to, plastics and finishes.
- Expendable or lost items, such as, but not limited to cables, connectors or wires, Consumables. Consumables are defined as any part or component of an expendable nature and/or any item that is designed to be consumed (wear out) during the life of the Product, regardless if it is consumer replaceable or not and whether such consumables originate from Us or not.
- Consumable items include without limitation, replacement parts, gas refills, refrigerant and other miscellaneous materials for the product, installation materials, which include without limitation, inlet/outlet hoses, insulation materials, copper piping, pvc piping and electrical wiring,
- Consequential losses and/or damages as a result of malfunctioning of, damage to, failure of an operating part of the covered Product, or damages, fault or failure as a result of any repairs or replacements under this warranty.
- Damages, fault or failure caused by delays in rendering of our services or loss of use during servicing or otherwise awaiting parts are not covered.
- You are responsible for creating backups of all your data and software on a regular basis, Damages, fault, failure, imperfections, caused by abuse, tampering, illegal use, negligence, prolonged use or operation,
- Products that are leased, rented, used exceeding normal limits, used continuously and/or subject to abuse, unreasonable, abnormal or extreme operations, Warranty label on Unit is altered, defaced or erased in any manner whatsoever.
- We reserve the rights to charge You for any reasonable and applicable costs and expenses (at prevailing rates) relating to or arising out of the repair or replacement under these excluded circumstances.
